Resucerial Quartz Lianyungang Ltd is an early professional manufacturer of Quartz glass products, supplies high quality Quartz wares for semi-conductor, lamp and etc., industries in China.
At the beginning we were just a little factory and capability was only 80 tons. Now we are the largest, most advanced co***ny in this line with more than 20 million RMB. We have the land of 100 area, have 160 staffs and an annual output of 1500 tons of quartz glass tube and 2000 tons of quartz sand.
Based on our 10-years experience in technology, research and development, investment in facilities and strict quality control for customer satisfaction, and in 1998, we have successfully adopted computer in our manufacture and management, we manufacture products that will move the future quartz wares industry one step forward.
In order to speed up the development and absorb advanced management, we invested to establish the most advanced proceeding workshop for quartz ware, the only on in China in 1997. It main do further processing for quartz tube of trim cutting, fire polishing, bending and pinching according to the demand of the customers. Now it has an annual output of 1800 million pieces of trim cutting quartz tube, 98% of products are exported to Germany, Japan, Netherlands, France and etc.
Resucerial Quartz Lianyungang Ltd is also taking the necessary steps to meet market requirements for higher quality tubing with a wider range of product options. From the beginning single sharps of clear quartz glass tubes, now we can produce opaque quartz tubes, quartz rod and UV cut quartz tubes.
Recently we have modernized facilities to maintain our product quality. Our continuing goal is the manufacture of tubing that is dimensionally accurate, has uniform properties, and is capable of meeting the highest standards of performance.
